TERMS OF SERVICES

PAYMENT๑ Split Payment Basis
Once the artist has sent the sketch for the desired art, and the client approved of the sketch, the client must proceed to pay for the 50% fee required.Client may also pay upfront if they prefer to.๑ STRICTLY NO RUSH COMMISSIONS๑ No refunds or Cancellation
Once approve of the sketch and paid for the fee required; the artist cannot refund you but revisions are possible.REVISIONS:๑ Updates of progress
The artist is obliged to update the client on the art's 3 (three) drawing process; Sketch Line-art, and Rendering.๑ 3 revisions
The client may ask for 3 (three) revisions, one for each stages of the three drawing process; Sketch, Line-art, and Rendering. Any more than one revision on each stage would have a fee depending on the difficulty of the revision.COMPLETION OF ART๑ Completion of artwork usually take 3-6 weeks, depending on the artworks difficulty.DEADLINES๑ If the client has set a specific date for the artist to meet then the artist shall comply. However, if the deadline is needed in a very short time considering the artworks difficulty, a fee must be paid.WATERMARKS๑ Artist would provide a copy of an artwork without watermark.PHYSICAL DISTRIBUTIONThe artist do NOT allow any physical distribution of their art. UNLESS the commissioned art is originally for commercial use. Commercial prices differ from the rates listed below. YT cover/content, Twitch, podcasts, any online platform where the piece is used for profitable creative content- +50% of the base rate of each illustration
- strictly does not include commercial rights for mass reproduction
- small artist watermark will remain(additional +10USD for removal of watermark)𓋇 REPRODUCTION FOR MASS SELLING
